M. Jackson Accounting & Bookkeeping came to us looking to establish a consistent online presence to promote their expertise and capitalize on momentum from winning a Small Business of the Year award. They are very good at what they do, but were not very comfortable promoting themselves.

I wrote a press release announcing the win and developed a content strategy for LinkedIn and Facebook designed to establish consistent presence, increase engagement with followers, and increase reach and awareness. Following the campaign we created a monthly content strategy to continue to demonstrate their expertise, build engagement, and increase awareness.

A five year old local jam business was looking for a marketing analysis and recommendations as they considered expansion and growth options. Our analysis reviewed brand identity, the marketing mix, and the company, competitors, and customers. I conducted research with retail and wholesale customers to inform recommendations to improve their connection with customers and further their market success.

As a member of the board of directors for the the Layla Lynn Bober Memorial Foundation, my role is to manage the website, social media, email newsletters, and chair the annual golf tournament. The goal of our marketing and communications strategy is to increase the reach of the organization in support of our fundraising mission. My work with the golf tournament includes event marketing strategy, event sponsorship strategy, and communications strategy.

In my previous role at Boston University Questrom School of Business, I was responsible for marketing and admissions for the Working Professionals MBA programs. I developed a comprehensive marketing and communication plan including email marketing strategy, online and print materials, online and in-person recruiting events, selecting candidates for admission, and meeting enrollment objectives. I worked collaboratively with the marketing and communications team to develop and execute advertising to support our program goals.

For the Working Professionals MBA Brochure I collaborated with our print designer on the overall design of the brochure. I wrote the copy for the piece (excluding the profiles).

The Executive MBA brochure was designed to highlight the details of the program. I used existing copy as well as wrote new copy for this piece. I worked in partnership with our admissions team to ensure the piece was consistent with our overall suite of marketing materials. I collaborated with our print designer on the layout and design of the piece.
